Sunday helps you find jobs, apply to them on your behalf, and manage recruiter correspondence. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your profile & application kit — name, contact details, work authorization, résumé, and preferences you provide. Activity — the jobs you save or pass and your application status. Managed inbox — messages sent to the dedicated Sunday email address we provision for you, so we can classify and track recruiter replies.

How we use it

To match you to roles, to complete and submit applications you ask us to, and to organize the responses that come back. We never fabricate answers on an application — if a required question can't be answered from your kit, we surface it to you instead of guessing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the product work: our database and authentication provider, our AI provider (used server-side to write match reasons, complete applications, and classify email), employers' application systems when you choose to apply, and our email infrastructure. We do not sell your data.

Security & retention

Data is access-controlled and scoped to your account. We keep it while your account is active and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete individual applications, or delete your account and associated data at any time from the app. Questions? support@sunday.careers.
